Formed in 2006 Construction & Surveying Ltd., the company relocated to the Gatwick area after originally being London based.
At the same time the company range of services expanded to be able to offer a more diverse range of range of services to both domestic, commercial and the regular trade clientele.
Despite the expansion the company has maintained its focus on a personal approach resulting in a quality of service and satisfaction surpassing their client’s experience and expectations.

With 30 years experience within the construction industry, covering all aspects of trade and management positions, Abbo has a wide experience of all construction types within the UK, as well as the bureaucratic processes to get your project underway.
Abbo is a professionally recognised individual and holds a degree in Construction, as well as keeping current with regular updates on industry activities. Abbo can offer a well-rounded, practical approach to all your requirements.
Where possible, we try to give free information to new clients; however, sadly, due to workload, this is limited to 15-minute telephone conversations.
Site visits are generally by instruction, and incur fees / costs.
In a bid to be open and transparent, we always try to write (email where possible) to you first with some budget figures and our T&C’s so you have a chance to consider your options without any pressure. We do not employ salespeople, and do not release your details to any other parties, unless it is directly connected with the works that have been instructed (i.e., planning and building control applications)
We ask for payment within 7 days of invoice. Queries to this must be submitted In writing within 7 days
However for bad debts;
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1988 if Construction & Surveying Ltd., are not paid to the agreed credit terms.
Interest will be charged at 8% weekly above the Santander business bank base rate on all overdue accounts.
To help keep costs down please ensure that all invoices are settled within the term period.
